Welcome to Whisperz.tv. Our platform is dedicated to providing high-quality, immersive ASMR, relaxation, and wellness audio/visual content. To protect our listeners, support creators, and foster a safe, restful night-friendly environment, all creators, channel owners, and members must follow the policies outlined below.

1. NSFW and Mature Content Policy

Whisperz.tv permits select mature audio/visual relaxation experiences provided they strictly comply with the following boundaries:

Absolute Prohibition of Nudity: Full or partial nudity is strictly prohibited. Videos, thumbnails, channel banners, and profile pictures must never depict visible genitalia, exposed buttocks, uncovered female breasts/nipples, or male pubic and groin areas (no male middle part or exposed anatomy). Clothing, lingerie, or sleepwear must provide full, opaque coverage of all intimate areas at all times; transparent or sheer garments exposing these regions are not permitted.
Teasing and Suggestive Boundaries: Content featuring suggestive themes, breathwork, kissing, whispering, roleplay, or romantic teasing is permitted ONLY when designated with the NSFW / 18+ tag upon publishing. Explicit depictions, simulations of sexual intercourse, or pornography are strictly forbidden.
Mandatory NSFW Tagging: Any audio or video containing suggestive, mature, or provocative themes must be flagged using the built-in "Mark as NSFW / 18+" upload toggle. Failure to label mature content will result in immediate post removal and potential channel suspension.
Audience Filtering: NSFW content is hidden by default across all feeds, search results, and category tabs. It is accessible only to registered accounts that have explicitly enabled mature content in their settings.

2. Child Safety and Minor Protection (Zero Tolerance)

Whisperz.tv enforces a strict Zero-Tolerance Policy regarding the safety and protection of minors:

No Underage Sexualization: Any content that depicts, references, suggests, simulates, or discusses minors or underage individuals in a sexualized, mature, or suggestive context is strictly prohibited.
No Underage Roleplays: Roleplays involving age-play, student-teacher dynamics with minors, child personas, or any related themes are strictly forbidden.
Immediate Enforcement: Any violation of child safety guidelines will result in immediate, permanent account termination, IP ban, and reporting to relevant legal authorities and child exploitation protection organizations (such as NCMEC).

3. Commercial Disclosures & Sponsored Content

Transparency and listener trust are fundamental on Whisperz.tv:

Mandatory Paid Promotion Disclosure: Creators must toggle the "Includes paid promotion / sponsor" feature in the creator studio whenever a video includes brand integrations, endorsements, sponsorships, free product gifts, or affiliate promotions.
Clear Sponsor Attribution: Creators must list the official brand/company name and relevant promotional links in the designated metadata fields so listeners are clearly informed.
Compliance with Advertising Laws: All sponsored uploads must comply with applicable consumer protection guidelines, including clear disclosure of material connections between the creator and the sponsor.

4. Audio Safety and Quality Standards

To maintain a sleep-friendly and relaxation-first environment:

No Sudden Loud Audio / Screamer Traps: Intentionally embedding sudden, high-decibel audio spikes, jump scares, alarms, or ear-damaging distortion disguised as ASMR is prohibited.
Auditory Integrity: Audio tracks must not contain intentional ultrasonic, high-frequency, or binaural tones designed to cause nausea, disorientation, or physical distress.

5. Harassment, Hate Speech, and Threatening Behavior

Content promoting discrimination, hatred, or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, gender identity, or sexual orientation is strictly banned.
Doxxing, targeted harassment, cyberbullying, blackmail, and unconsented recording of individuals will result in immediate account revocation.

6. Copyright and Original Creation

Creators may only upload media they own or have explicit commercial licenses/permissions to distribute.
Ripping, re-uploading, or mirroring ASMR videos from other platforms (such as YouTube, Twitch, or Patreon) without written permission from the original artist is grounds for DMCA takedowns and strikes.

7. Account Tiers, Visibility, and Enforcement

Visibility Modes: Creators are responsible for selecting the correct visibility setting (Public, Private, or Anonymous). Anonymous uploads still remain tied to the creator's account internally for policy compliance.
Violations & Penalties: Infractions are handled based on severity:
1. First Infraction: Content removal and written notification.
2. Second Infraction: Temporary restriction on uploading and creator features.
3. Third Infraction / Severe Violation: Permanent ban and removal of channel and assets from Whisperz.tv.
